Customer Review: “This is an excellent product that was easy to assemble and looks and functions much better than expected. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an item of this quality at this price point. The package arrived unmolested and on time. The contents matched the parts quantity description and exploded diagrams. Note: Multiple models are covered within the same manual. Upon inspection, two support poles exhibited some minor crimping at one end, but this did not affect the assembly process or product integrity. With so many excellent customer service reviews, I doubt there would be any issues obtaining service under the warranty offered on both the frame and material. The product description was accurate and this mini greenhouse fit perfectly on my small patio footprint.I recommend taking your time during the assembly process. Do not attempt setup under windy conditions. Do not pull on or stretch the cover material in an attempt to make it fit. Just adjust your frame geometry. The cover tie down straps are surprisingly short, as are the straps that support the open access windows. I have found that ancillary clips are essential to maintain cover to frame adherence, and ARE NOT included. Customer Review: “This greenhouse was very easy to put together. Took only approx 30 minutes to assemble it by myself, no tools needed. Not sure what happened with other buyers, but I purchased the large rectangular greenhouse with green cover and windows that can be zipped/unzipped and rolled back in addition to separate mesh windows that can do the same thing. The cover fit the frame perfectly. By the way, some buyers have complained about the ties/strings associated with the windows because one is outside and the other is inside. However, if you think about and try it out, it makes perfect sense for them to be that way. When you roll the plastic and/or mesh windows back, you then use the corresponding ties on either side by tying them in a bow around the roll of fabric. This causes the windows to stay open when you want them to. I don’t understand why others had an issue with the design. On the other hand, I will say that the zippers feel delicate, however, it has been nearly a month of daily use and they are holding up just fine, but we have been gentle with the zippers. However, if something is wrong with one of your zippers, the seller will help you.Additionally, one of the covers came with two small holes at the corners from rubbing back and forth in the shipping box…..I contacted the seller and the customer service was stellar. They were so kind and promptly shipped out a replacement.Some people have complained about it being lightweight…..but it is by nature not supposed to be a heavy structure. It consists of a plastic cover and hollow metal tubes. It’s not supposed to be heavy and yes, it will blow around in the wind if you don’t secure it. Ours came with a generous bundle of stakes but because we are using it on our deck, we decided to just use a few bricks to weigh down the base metal tubes at the four sides and it has not budged even through a few recent storms. The Quictent greenhouse is an excellent value especially at this price point. It has only been a month so I will follow up in a few months to let you know how it held up (we usually have dreadfully hot summers) but so far it is great.The greenhouse has been a safe haven for our tender vegetation during the rough “Spring” weather we have been having. It helps to keep our seedlings warm, protected from all the hail storms we have had lately, protected from the heavy rain, and protected from the deer, groundhogs, foxes, squirrels, snakes, birds, etc. I will say, we have purposely kept the greenhouse on our deck instead of on the ground because we basically live on a wildlife preserve (joking but it certainly feels as if we do) and we don’t even want to put that much temptation on the ground and risk loosing all our veggies and fruits that we have worked hard to cultivate. Wildlife has prevented us from growing anything edible in prior years and we even had to completely switch out all of our flowers to deer-resistant types because we have a serious deer problem here. So it is only because of the greenhouse that we decided to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, strawberries, sweet potatoes, and sorrel.By the way, for anyone who is wondering, four of the City Pickers raised planter beds fit perfectly with some space to spare under this greenhouse.I have no complaints at all about this product and I will certainly purchase from Quictent again in the future. Customer Review: “This was extremely easy to install and seems sturdier than what I originally thought it would be given how inexpensive and flimsy the pieces seem individually. You’ll need a rubber mallet to install it, but that’s it. These are the steps I did:1) I assembled the shelf layers first. Place the plastic on the ground and set the 3 metal pieces in the holes. Place a plastic piece on the opposite end and make sure the metal pieces are in the holes. Use the mallet to tap them slowly and evenly into place. You’ll feel it bottom out so you know when to stops. The plastic pieces are thin so tap lightly and make sure the metal rods are in the holes. If it seems off, they may not be in line, so don’t force it.2) Once all four shelves are assembled, place one shelf on the floor and insert 4 metal rods into the holes. Place a second shelf on top and tap it into place until secure. Continue stacking until all shelves are installed on the verticals.3) Once all shelves are installed, place four more verticals on the top shelf and top with the remaining two plastic pieces. Tap into place.4) Place the curved top pieces into the top most joints (ones with three holes) and connect them with the straight rod. Place this sub assembly onto the top plastic pieces. Use the mallet to tap the sub assembly into place. Tap just above the curved area, as close to the verticals as possible.5) Verify all connections are tight.6) Place the wire shelves in place and secure with two clips per shelf in the center. One in front and one in back.7) Unzip the cover by a couple feet. This helps to slide it over the structure. Continue to unzip until it is fully in place.8) Tie the cover in place. I tied it so I could easily untie it.Side Notes and Improvements: I choose the more expensive option so I could use the weighted pockets. Recommendations for improvement would be to extend the ties by and inch or two to make it easier, especially on the door ties. Also add a set of ties in the middle to keep it from ballooning out. I haven’t placed the unit outside yet, but I would imagine deeper pockets for more rocks would be beneficial.”

Customer Review: “I’m only a couple weeks in, but so far I’m pleased with this greenhouse. There are a couple caveats, but I’ll get to those. First:PROS:*Shipped UNBELIEVABLY fast, like “a full 10 days ahead of schedule” fast.*Assembly was a breeze. Metal bars slide into plastic fittings with no problem. From the time I took it from the FedEx guy to the time I had it completely finished was a little under two hours, and that was 1) by myself, 2) being slowed down by my oh-so-helpful toddler, 3) stopping to take pictures of the progress, and 4) wasn’t following directions explicitly (see picture of leftovers), which would have sped up the process significantly. Even getting the cover on (which was by far the most…frustrating part) wasn’t too bad. You just have to be patient and slowly work it over the frame. Or even better, have a second person and/or a ladder.*It definitely holds heat in the summer. The day I put it together was very mild (high of 78F I believe), and I was POURING sweat by the time I got the cover on. Time will tell if it does as well in the winter.*It’s really not too bad to look at, in my opinion. It’s currently on my front porch, and I’ve had more than a couple people compliment me on it. (Your results may vary)CONS:*With my admittedly limited construction/handyman/do-it-yourselfer experience, I don’t see a lot of very easy modification. The frame does not fit any box-store PVC fittings (I believe it’s all 1/4″), so reinforcing it would probably cost more than you’re saving by buying something this cheap.*As others have said, have some zip-ties ready for the shelves, they will not stay on their own.Aside from that, I really don’t know that there are any. I mean, assuming you realize what you’re buying, you shouldn’t be surprised. This isn’t a permanent greenhouse, its sole means of ventilation is the roll-up door (whose zipper I am hesitant to use until I have to this winter), and without aftermarket modification or very carefully selected placement, it probably wouldn’t take a whole lot of snowload or wind shear to tear this thing apart. Granted, neither of those has happened to me, but I can see the potential. But hey, if I can get through at least one Arkansas summer and winter without losing plants or fish, I’ll be pleased. After that, I can buy something a little nicer.I will do my best to update this review with any major news.”

Customer Review: “I ordered this at the end of Winter 2013. Package arrived on time. I got it all set up in the afternoon put several trays of newly started pots on the lower shelves and went out a few hours later to check on everything and it fell apart due to a couple of the plastic connectors not made well I suppose. I contacted the seller and sent photos of the damage. They ended up replacing the whole thing. I got the replacement pretty quickly.I got it set up again and this one has been great. I will say DO NOT waste your time with the pathetic stakes that come with it! Either buy tent stakes that can grab the ground and hold or use fence posts as the ones that come with it just pull right out of the ground! I ended up driving four 7’ metal t-posts into the ground (one on each corner) and tied it down low on the posts. I also crossed a small rope over the top down to the posts to help make sure the wind can’t move it. I live where we do get a reasonable amount of wind and I just didn’t want to see it upside down in the field.I used it all the way up through July with weeks of 100+ degree weather and even with the door up it can get very hot in there in direct sunlight (at one point the thermometer said over 130) so I would end up having to untie and pull the cover up on the sides. I used plastic jugs filled with water to help keep it warmer on the cold nights in the spring. I would open the door in the mornings and leave it open all day while at work unless it was going to be stormy all day.The only issue I had was one of the zippers ended up slipping off one side but luckily it was right before I was going to take it down for the rest of summer and winter. So with getting ready to go into my second spring with it I am deciding to add a new more heavy duty zipper and add a few vents in the side/back of it to help in the severe summer heat. I am also going to get a shade cloth to drape over it for summer. Luckily I am decent with a sewing machine.All in all for the price I paid it has been great. The shelving has been worth the money as it is. The only real issue is the zipper isn’t that great and you have to use better stakes as the ones it comes with are a complete joke!”

Customer Review: “Nice, small and simple greenhouse. Don’t expect it to stay put unless you do some extra modifying. We were slightly over estimating the toughness of the greenhouse. Metal pipes-nice! Bolts and nuts along with ties downs-nice! Ours was protected some from the Mi. elements, when we placed it behind a sturdy building. Then a heavy snow came and we did not get to clean if off fast enough and the roof poles failed. The company was on the spot with quick action to help out! Here is what could be done to help it out though. Use lock washers on all the 1/4-20 bolts. They just rattle off as the wind shakes it and poles come loose. Better tie downs are also key, better rope and stakes are a must. Inside could use a couple center poles for stability if you live in a snow biome. We also attached 2×4’s along the bottom with screws to keep the flapping plastic from fraying away. It is like trying to tie a kite down and keep it from getting damaged. Directions need more love. Just take your time and breathe…… The more you secure, the longer it will last!”
